Wish for good habits instead of luck: A picture in the mind

To help yourself bring everything, a common method is to write down the items you want to bring one by one into a list. Then pack them one by one. In fact, besides text lists, there is another method: image memory. For example, today I want to learn to swim. I didn’t organize my sports bag after using it last time. It’s easy to forget to pack everything up just by relying on the list of words in my mind.

We can imagine (or draw with our hands) a picture in our mind and look at ourselves swimming in the water last week. What did we see? A cute kid wearing a blue swimsuit and swimming goggles. Anything else? They grabbed the pink floating board. What’s on the poolside chairs? My white beach towel. Under the chair, there is a pair of green slippers. So my sports bag should contain a pair of swimming goggles, a swimsuit, a kickboard, a pair of slippers and a towel. All done!
